On Mac or PC we recommend using Firefox or Chrome (please ensure that you are running the latest version of the software) - login to your account on nugs.net - access the stream by clicking the thumbnail image on the Video section of your My Library page - then click Watch Now after the stream goes live.  


If you have problems on nugs.net you can try using nugs.tv and access your stream from the My Library page. 

Both sites use the same login credentials.

On mobile devices we recommend using the nugs.net mobile app for iOS or Android. Find your streams in the My Library>My Live Livestreams section of the app (a nugs subscription is not needed to access your purchased webcasts or VODs).


On AppleTV use the nugs app and find your streams in the My Webcasts section of the app. 


If you are having problems with the app you can access the webcast using a mobile browser at nugs.tv/myDownloads.aspx

If you continue having problems, go into your browser's settings and select 'View Desktop Site'

4K


To watch a 4K webcast:


1. You must have a 4K TV or monitor.

2. You must have minimum consistent 25 Mbps download speed with a wired connection (by ethernet cable - not wifi.)

3. You must have either: 

  • AppleTV 4K (using the nugs AppleTV app) 
  • Any computer with 4K video output capabilities (connect to 4K TV or monitor by HDMI cable)


Chromecasting is NOT supported for 4K webcasts. 


4K video can be very taxing on your system and your internet connection. Therefore, quality of playback may vary from system to system.
