All Pearl Jam North American 2024 ticket holders will receive an email from Ticketmaster with a "digital collectible" link which allows you to stream the audio from the show on Mac/PC in your browser or using the nugs.net mobile app.
If 1 TM account holder had multiple tickets in their Wallet they will receive codes for each ticket which can be "shared" with the other attendees.
How do I listen?
Once the show audio is available for streaming you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with your 'digital collectible.' Click the image there to access your recording. After clicking the link you will be re-directed to the redemption page. Click 'Listen Now' or 'Unlock Show'
If you do not already have one, you need to create a free nugs.net account to access the audio recording. Once you’ve created your account, you are able to access the audio in your browser on the redemption page. Additionally, it will be available in your nugs.net Library to listen using the free iOS and Android apps.
A nugs.net subscription is not required to stream the shows in your Library.
How do I watch video of the show?
