Try adding your address to your Addresses in My Account.
Once you have saved your address there, return to the checkout page and select your address from the 'Select from Saved Addresses' dropdown box.
For Canadian Residents - Enter your postal code in all CAPS with a space (i.e. A1A 1A1).
