If you ordered a physical item and it's being shipped to a domestic address but the tracking seems frozen, it is not necessarily lost. 


US Postal Service posts tracking updates to the website as often as possible, but sometimes the tracking is not updated for a day or more (especially during the holidays). If you don't see any tracking updates for 72 hours, please contact your local postal branch and they should be able to locate your package. If there are no updates for a week please contact us by opening a Support ticket above. 


Please note the "EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE" listed on the USPS website is not always accurate. If your package has not been delivered by that date, it is likely still in transit.
