In most instances, yes. However we do need to obtain permission from the copyright holder on songs that are not written by Metallica. Should the songwriter/publisher/administrator chose to not give us permission to make a particular song available for download, it will have to be cut from the show. Again, we are not anticipating that this will occur, but we wanted to let you know that it is possible.
