Live Webcast Troubleshooting.
If you are having trouble streaming a live webcast on your computer please try:
A. A wired ethernet connection. (Not wifi.)
B. Confirm no other computers are sharing your network.
C. Confirm no other programs are running on your system or device.
D. Right-click the Flash video player and disable hardware acceleration in Flash settings.
E. Update your Flash player get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ then restart your browser.
If you are having trouble streaming a live webcast on your mobile device please make sure you are using the mobile site: m.livephish.com
"Media Error" relates to Flash Player :
-on a computer please see E. above.
-on a mobile device please use mobile site m.livephish.com.
